I can’t say enough wonderful things about Vision Construction!! We’ve had the pleasure of working with them on 2 different projects over the past 2 years. Our most recent project was our outdoor deck renovation. We absolutely love it!!! Mike Cody is so professional and easy to work with. He takes pride in what he does as a general contractor and is very creative! Highly professional and quality work is what you get with Vision Construction! Our experience with Michael Cody and his team at Vision Construction was superlative. We had extensive work done: roof replacement, window repair, siding replacement, window replacement. Inside updates including removal of popcorn ceilings, drywall repair, painting. New tile bathroom floor with installation of new fixtures. Electrical updates.Michael met with us in person multiple times to ensure the project was on track and graciously accommodated our requests for changes. Nate and Joey were fantastic in taking care of all the little details. Eddie was the tile artist and gave us a non threshold entrance to the bathroom. Chris the electrician even cleaned the inside of a window for me while he was up on scaffolding hanging a light fixture. Manuel kept track of the exterior work and ran a detailed clean up crew.We are more than satisfied with the finished product and grateful for such close attention to detail. My wife and I reached out to Mike and he walked us through the who process of our bathroom remodel and kitchen update. Our home construction site was always clean while his team was inside working. The prints and rendering help us make decisions for the kitchen and bathroom. Mike’s experience shows, he caught design errors we had made and help our vision to be a reality.

Vision is extremely professional, honest, and an all around pleasure to work with! Vision was recommended to us and we went to them with a last second time sensitive project and they came through for us in the clutch. What a wonderful experience working with Michael from Vision! He and his team rebuilt our deck and added a lovely pergola to the deck. Mike helped us out tremendously during a freak accident. A car ran through our office building leaving a huge hole in one of the walls. He and his crew understood the urgency of this situation and with great knowledge and expertise was able to replace our commercial build wall within a few hours. Mike was very easy to work with. Michael Cody, owner of Vision Construction, was a lifesaver in our new construction process. Our first builder was not what we had hoped for and then he passed away suddenly during the middle of our new build. Most contractors are not interested in picking up projects in the middle. We were in a very rough spot and way behind schedule. Mike came in like a breath of fresh air! He was upfront with findings that were done incorrectly by our previous builder, which could not be fixed at that time with what was left in our loan and our timeline. I respected his upfront honesty, and it allowed us to grieve and move on. He was proactive and communicated with us almost daily on the progress. At one point, I offered to call or research some of the subcontractors or material in the area and he jokingly told me that is his job, not mine. I instantly felt some pressure relieved off of my shoulders because with our previous builder, I was doing all of that leg work! He answered any of my ignorant questions no matter how small or big and never made me feel dumb for asking. Mike took care of us, from already having his own trusted subcontractors, to being the liaison between the bank and us, or even between the subs and any issues that arose. He gave us his opinions on ideas and directed us where we needed to be guided. He made sure that our important desires were completed, including our kid's footprints in the concrete sidewalk! I trusted him throughout the entire process. He became a part of our family and gave us our dream, forever home, which would not have been feasible at the point we were at when he joined us. We will forever be grateful for him and his team’s hard work and dedication. 10/10 recommend Vision Construction.

I had the privilege of doing a post construction cleaning for Vision. Michael was fantastic to work for, his communication is top notch and the kindness overflows. The home addition was absolutely beautiful and you can tell that he and his team take pride in all they do. I highly recommend them!
