We closed on our home yesterday and couldn't be happier about it. Timbered Ridge has assembled such an amazing team with amazing individuals. Everyone we interacted with have been professional, knowledgeable and most importantly, great people. I've gone through a couple custom home builds and this one was by far the most enjoyable.Andre, our supervisor was absolutely fantastic. Great communicator and incredibly knowledgeable.The entire team is incredibly responsive and made this process completely seamless. I absolutely would recommend them to anyone looking to build a home.

Timbered Ridge is not at all transparent with their dealings. We built our home 2 1/2 years ago with the company; a dishonest and disappointing experience to say the least. Big Sky is the same.

We cannot say enough good things about Timbered Ridge! The building experience was amazing from start to finish. With a new home build, we expected some complications and setbacks but there were absolutely none. Our project manager, Erik, was fantastic. He communicated with us regularly and sent us weekly photo updates. Our project coordinator, Kimberly, was also great. Any questions we had, she was quick to respond.We have been in our home for a month now and it has far exceeded our expectations. We look forward to many years to come in our beautiful Timbered Ridge home.

I own a Timbered Ridge home that is a few years old and noticed a significant problem in my house. I sent an email with photos to Timbered Ridge Homes, explaining the problem. I received a telephone call a short time later, stating they would take care of it. Truthful, I was in AWE with Timbered Ridge’s telephone call. The point is - Timbered Ridge Homes stepped up to the plate and really stands by their reputation and craftsmanship!- Thanks Timbered Ridge Homes, Cameron and Gilly! -

Blessed with a wonderful new home, thanks to Timbered Ridge. From the start, we were given accurate timelines. We were listened to and our ideas were created and implemented. Really felt that our site supervisor, Andre, truly cared about us getting just what we wanted, with any detail, small or big.Kimberly, coordinates in the office and was super responsive!Having been in our home for 3 months, I’ve been pleasantly surprised that the customer service hasn’t stopped! Great crew of people to work with.

We went through 2 bad builders that ended up costing us $450,000 in scams and attorney fees before we landed at Timbered Ridge’s door. Apprehension was high on our radar with the thought of trusting another builder. We met with their sales team through a skilled Realtor/neighbor we met when contemplating selling our property and giving up on our forever dream home.When they learned of our situation Timbered Ridge stepped up to the plate! They took us under their wing and abated all of our concerns and worries enough to convince us they had our best interest at heart. That’s saying a lot in today’s market. Their team is phenomenal! They are professional with a large dose of caring. From beginning to end they were timely with continual open communication. Their professionalism turned our dream home into a reality. They were thorough in every aspect from pricing to completion date! We are so happy with the quality of our new home and highly recommend them.

We are excited to be writing a review for Timbered Ridge (TR) homes. We have been impressed with this builder from the start. They maintained excellent communication throughout the process and were right on time with the estimated completion date. The house turned out beautifully!We loved that we were able to choose our lot (almost 6 acres), and then also choose all of the interior and exterior finishes. They have great partnerships with local vendors who helped us with those decisions and the allowances TR gives is enough to build a beautiful home.The staff there are amazing, as well. Everyone is helpful, knowledgeable, and very responsive. Overall, we had an amazing experience.

We just moved into the home Timbered Ridge built for us. It was a very smooth and enjoyable process in which we felt fully informed and involved at every step. Their online management tool makes it easy to understand what next steps are and what actions buyers need to take (such as amenities selections) to keep the project on track. The design is beautiful and the workmanship quality is excellent. Most of all, we were very impressed with every member of the Timbered Ridge team we met; competent, professional and customer focused. We highly recommend Timbered Ridge.
