We are still in the beginning stages of our Barndo build, but Amanda has been tremendous. She communicates in a very timely fashion and has answered all 1 million questions we have had. Amanda has definitely made this process so far as smooth as silk, and I look forward to working with her through the rest of the process. BTW - I am in new home sales for a production builder, and Amanda is the gold standard.
As a construction lender I have worked with lots of builders over the past 20yrs. It can be very risky recommending builders because if things go wrong, it can reflect poorly on me. We love Amanda, she is organized, freindly, comminicates well and upfront about the process. This is our retirement home, so it is already incredibly stressful. She makes us feel at ease and comfortable with each step. This is a huge step for us, transitioning from military to civilian life and really are just in the beginning stages of this process, we expect it to be an awesome experience working with Amanda.
