I reached out for a unique build. I was looking for a hunt box style home and got so lucky with Tiffany Bielli, who is a fellow equestrian. She has walked me through the entire process and is so quick to respond to all my questions. She has been extremely patient with all my requirements and truly works to get you to your vision. Tiffany has gone above and beyond, including finding potential build sites. I will absolutely be using Tiffany for my build.
So far working with this company overall has been great. I’ve had the pleasure of working with Tiffany Bielli during the process thus far. She has been super helpful, from finding land to getting it all prepared she has made things so much easier! She is always there when I have questions and her knowledge and expertise gave me confidence that I picked the best company for my build. I had a consult with Tiffany when I was exploring options for my new home. She was really wonderful and made the appointment low key and easy. I was so appreciative of the fact she never made me feel pressured to choose but was willing to help me find if these options would work for me! I cannot recommend her enoughIf anyone is looking to build!
I really would've liked to work with this company. We set up two initial consultations, and they responded rather quickly and well to both of them. However, there were no follow-ups with us. We've sent emails and called, but there were no responses. One of our main questions was that our county wasn't listed at the time on their "areas of service", however we noticed that all of the counties around us were on their list. We asked them to look into it for us, because we really would like to work with them. They never got back with us. I do see now that our county is listed in their area of service, but after the lack of response on their end, I can only imagine what follow-up might be like once they have our money. I'm giving them two stars because they did initially respond. The rest they didn't earn.

As I walked into their showroom, I was immediately struck by the welcoming atmosphere and young lady hosting (Kelli I think her name was) and their thoughtfully designed display of countertops, fixtures, cabinets, sinks, and other home renovation essentials. It was clear to me, as a new customer, that this group considers every detail carefully and went the extra mile to create a space that was not only aesthetically pleasing but also incredibly informative.I was truly impressed by the lack of pressure for a sale or any kind of rushed decision-making. This allowed me to take my time exploring the various options available and envisioning how they might fit into my own home, once built. The Barndo Company certainly understands the importance of allowing customers to dream and explore without feeling pressured.Now perhaps even more importantly, to discuss Tiffany Bielli's professionalism and knowledge have been exceptional and clearly evident throughout my entire experience with this company. She has provided valuable insights and guidance without overwhelming me or pressure while still ensuring my wife and I are feeling completely excited about the prospect of working with her and Barndo. It's rare to find someone who strikes the difficult balance between being attentive and giving customers the space they need to make decisions.What impressed me the most was the comprehensive nature of the information provided. The availability of price sheets and other relevant details at the showroom, without having to ask for them, Barndo demonstrated their company's commitment to transparency and customer satisfaction 100%.
