We took our vision to Price Custom Homes and they made it come to life! They were very responsive and as excited about our home as we were. We have lived here 6 months and are very happy!

The custom build and construction process was fine, its always stressful. There are a lot of things about the home we're happy with, so I'll just list the few negatives. Some of the things done by contractors still upset me 6 years post build. The concrete for both the front and back covered porches have sunken in the middle, so rain hits the edges and runs to the middle. It's a problem with the backfill underneath settling because when tapping on the concrete, it sounds hollow underneath. We worry about the garage and basement doing the same some day. We spent a lot of money on nice upgraded hardwood flooring, but because of floor joists and/or subflooring, the floors are uneven (wavy up/down), feel soft, are bouncy, and squeak in lots of places. Either 2x12 joists were needed instead of 2x10, or upgraded subfloor material, or both. In the master bedroom, on winter nights, the framing (roof trusses?) makes loud popping and cracking noises. Also in the winter, the garage drywall cracks or separates along the joints between panels. There are quite a lot of good things about the house. The above are things that frustrate us.

A huge thank you to Price Custom Homes, LLC for building our new home. I gave them a picture and they turned it into a reality! It is even better than we imagined. Thank you Greg, Aimee and the entire team for making this process a great experience, even through winter, rains and Covid19!! Everyone was very professional, experienced and sincerely cared about what we wanted. Highly recommended for anyone looking to build! Thank you!!

My husband and I met Greg and Aimee Price during the home and garden show at the lancaster fair grounds several years ago. We knew then that Price Custom Homes would build our forever home! During the construction, the Price "Crew" kept in constant contact with us... if we had any questions or concerns they were on it. I would recommend the Price family to anyone who is wanting to build a home!
