Steve and his crew at Orchard did a great job on my pole barn. They came highly recommended from several people and they delivered. From the start, Steve was clear and timely in his communication and quoting and he shared good ideas that improved the project. They were easy to work with when I wanted a couple changes done. Bottom line: the quality of the work was great, they did what they said, and it was a hassle free experience. Highly recommend.
We were very impressed with Orchard Construction. They were very efficient, communicative and easy to work with. The crew was fast and respected our property and cleaned up after themselves. We were looking at / or expecting a spring/summer build and they made it happen this fall! We are very happy with the quality and overall experience.
Steve and Chad were great to work with; the whole team works together so well they can put up a building faster than I have ever seen before. My neighbors were amazed at how fast it went up and they have built their own barns so they know what it takes to be that fast. Quality building materials, good communication and the ability to put up a building so fast are why I am so pleased with Orchard. Due to covid there were some material delays and I voiced my concern. Steve made it happen and exceeded my expectations even sooner than I expected. I had another pole barn built by someone else a few years ago and I can see that even though they were able to knock it out so fast, the quality of the workmanship is miles above my other barn. Thanks again to the whole family and all the builders who helped.UPDATE 10-31-24: Around 10:30 am I noticed a piece of flashing came loose as a big wind storm was starting. I called Steve and he said do not worry about, he would get a couple of guys out asap. I noticed the wind starting to pick up around one pm so I went outside to check and it was already fixed!!!! Thanks Steve, your customer service always goes above and beyond!!!!
Not a customer however I accidently left a review on the wrong company with a similar name. Someone from this company cared enough to reach out to me to let me know of the mistake which shows they care about their reputation. That is something to keep in mind.

The Orchard crew was courteous, hardworking, and highly skilled. Steve's team showed great teamwork, arriving early and working diligently to complete the project. Steve and his crew at Orchard built us a beautiful 30X36X12 pole barn with 8X10 lean to. From the initial quote to the finished barn, the process was smooth and professional. Steve was great to work with, was flexible and always kept me informed. He even provided me with photos of daily building progress, when I was called out of town. It was truly appreciated. The pole barn is well built, subcontractors did a great job and we’ve had many nice compliments. Steve and Tracy did a great job with our 30 x 40 Post and Frame structure. All the details were spot on, color size and orientation. The crew that set it up were meticulous and so well organized.
