Cannot say enough great things about Morecon Builders. Sal and his crew were great throughout the entire process, from land clearing to final details. Sal gets an A++ for responsiveness, he always picked up the phone and was more than patient me with my tons of questions and thoughts over the course of the build. Even after close a few minor fixes and adjustments needed to be done and Sal was at the house with a contractor within hours of my call. This was our first experience with building a new home and Sal made it as stress free as possible and within our agreed timeframe. If we were to ever build a new home, need renovation, or be in need of a contractor - Sal would be my first call.
I would like to give a shout out to Salvatore Morello and Morecon Builders for the exceptional job they did on our beautiful home. The VA didn't make it easy on our schedule, but Sal still made the process as smooth as possible. The craftsmanship greatly exceeded standards and expectations.
1st time building a new home, and was quite concerned about the whole process. I have to say Sal make the process pretty easy. He completed all work as promised, was also very prompt of fixing minors things after the close. The house included options that normally are not included, driveway, hardwood floors throughout, finished bonus room.My only complaint was the time frame given to us to select items like, lighting, countertops, Kitchen cabinets.I think Sal should give people more notice and time to select important items for the home.Otherwise very happy with SAL, and his building crew. They were all very professional, clean and prompt. Home came out beautiful

Dealing with Sal Morello was by far the best of all those experience's . He is professional, courteous and available any time we needed him. I can not say enough about the quality of our home .
