We bought prints from Chuck. He gave us a price to build the house,. We have questions but can't get him to call us back. His price to build the house was almost 50 grand more then he had told us. Very disappointed. When we first contacted him he was prompt to get back to us. Can't get him to call back now. I think he just wanted to sell some prints to make some money. My dad is 82. Not cool to do that to the elderly.
Chuck from patriot builders installed 1500 ft of trim in my house and they did a fantastic job. I’ve seen a lot of his work and it is all top notch. Nice to work with a contractor that does what he says he is going to do.
