We are moving right along in our home building process and I have to say that Candi has made this entire process such a smooth and easy going experience. It’s been an absolute pleasure working with her and she has done her very best to ensure that we get our house exactly as we dream it to be. Toni has also been amazing and has gone out of her way to meet our needs, tracking things down for us left and right. I can’t say enough about the team at Manuel. What I thought would be a dreadful, and stressful experience has been such an amazing journey thus far!

To say that I am impressed with Manuel Builders would be a gross understatement. We got the absolute pleasure of working with Grant G, Toni H, Kristina K and Kyle.I felt respected and supported at every step of the way. They were willing and able to take things from my Pinterest board and make them realized.They listened and explained everything very well and were EXTREMELY responsive to all my (admittedly numerous) calls and emails.They met and FAR exceeded my expectations for a home developer and I cannot recommend Manuel enough. It’s a shame that I only got to build one house because I would love to work with them again someday.If you’re thinking about building a house I wouldn’t look any further than Manuel. Greg & Missy Manuel are well-respected builders in this area on both Commercial & Residential buildings-Their team is well-informed, competent, and ethical. I would highly recommend Manuel Builders for a home or something else. If they cannot do it they will refer you to someone who can get your job done to your satisfaction. Call them. You will be pleased.

Most people at the company were polite, but our project manager had very poor communication skills and standards. The company hires some subcontractors that obviously take little to no pride in their work when it comes to siding and paint.The crews are unskilled and messy.The paint throughout the inside and outside of our home have patch work- instead of smooth and blending. Brush marks are also very evident along the walls and siding of our home. Paint splatter is all over light fixtures and on walls. Drip Marks and patches are still all over even after a second crew came in - some areas look worse than before. We have hair and dust painted into our moldings. Just terrible! I think they hire the cheapest subcontractors that they can find.I wouldn't recommend this company.I see many other customers have these same issues and nothing is done. This is just a few pictures.

We meet with a lot of builders and non of them compared to how we felt when we met with Manuel Builders. They were the most personable, knowledgeable and transparent with pricing. Callie, Sam and Maria have been so nice, helpful and made us feel like family. We cannot wait to finish building our dream home with them.

My wife and I had a great experience with Manuel Builders. We chose the Charlotte Farmhouse floor plan. From our very first meeting with Jenna, to meeting with Toni for selections, the process was extremely smooth and Jenna and Toni always made themselves available for any questions or changes that we had. Our Superintendent, Daniel, was very informative and always willing to help out with any questions we had throughout the building process. The contractors did a great job throughout every step and did very quality work.We have recommended Manuel Builders to several friends that are currently in the market for a new home because everyone treated us like we were more like family than clients and it really meant a lot to my wife and I. We can’t wait to make many memories in our new home with our family of 4 for many years to come! Thanks Jenna, Toni, Daniel, and everyone else that had a hand in the process, for everything!

Candi has been amazing! She is very professional, knowledgeable, and responsive. The worst home builder in Acadiana! I never seen such poor finish work, nail pops, cracks, and sheetrock tape coming loose. I pointed all this out before signing off and I was told they would still fix it, yeah, that was stupid on my part. On top of all this, after living in our home for four years, we had a water leak in the living room wall which was from a siding nail during construction but didn’t leak until now and Manuel wouldn’t take responsibility for it. Choose another home builder because my experience with Manuel builders has been a nightmare!
