Highly recommended for your pole building. I had an Amish work crew, who were fast and did great work. I made a few additions to the standard 40x50 barn package, which was very easy. It was a simple transaction, and the price was great. I'm very satisfied with the quality and love my barn!
Legacy Metals is your go to if you need a pole barn or garage!!!They go the extra mile to please their customers!!!🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟Josh is so kind and well mannered !!!Josh is very knowledgeable and answered all my questions!!!They made the process so easy and we're right on time with materials and delegating the build thru Amish builder!!! It took all the stress off of me!!!! THANK YOU LEGACY METALS!!!!!😊😊😊🌟🌟⭐️⭐️⭐️💯
We chose a 30x40 with 14 ft ceiling for our detached garage and workshop. We absolutely love the building and layout. Legacy is the only company that I would recommend for building needs. Fast turnaround, friendly and helpful employees and a quality structure.
Was happy with most of the process. But when it comes to getting the garage door, that is a different story. My building was complete and ready for the door but it is 6 weeks and still no door. Whom ever does this part of the job can surely make better. Was called and told the door would be here and put up by yesterday, but no show no call?????
Very friendly and excellent to work with. Terra and Brian answered all of our questions and helped us to design he home of our dreams. We're looking forward to working on the next steps with them.
Bryce brought my building today and my driveway and the building site are challenging to say the least. Bryce had a great attitude and worked out a way to get it done. Great Job Bryce! Thanks
I was in the market for a new dedicated shop for my business needs as I had outgrown my personal 30x50 shop. I decided to build a 30x60 shop with 3 10x10 doors and the contractor used was Rocky Bluff construction who is an Amish crew and did a phenomenal job on the building. Not a misaligned screw to be found! The concrete crew was Fishers Concrete who was also an Amish crew they also did a great job on the concrete! I didn’t catch the name of the garage door guys as their truck didn’t have a name on it but they were good as-well. Overall I’ve very happy with the build and quality .the Only issue I had with legacy metals themselves was communication wasn’t the best as I had to keep calling for updates on when the build would start (I know they are very busy so I forgave that particular issue) and I hope they work on the communication aspect! However everything else went great materials were good, pricing was very fair and overall I’m very pleased with the build. It has now been 4 months since the build was completed and no issues with leaks or anything! I’d definitely have them build something else for me in the future.
I am providing a review of my recent experience with all the folks at Legacy Metals in Hopkinsville, Ky. Beginning with the facilities tour provided by Ben Ray thru the professionalism of Tiffany in their office to final delivery of the materials to my building site by Vern, the entire transaction was nothing short of outstanding. The quality of their products are top-of-the-line and their prices are very competitive; in fact, price for quality was the best I found during my research. Everything we agreed to from the onset of our relationship was provided exactly as agreed -- delivery was within a 15-minute window from Hopkinsville to Bowling Green via tractor-trailer; I would like this level of service from all of the people I do business with. In short, this was one of the easiest, pleasant and satisfying transactions I have ever experienced -- I'll definitely do repeat business with this vendor.Jim Cherry
Its a great place to get all your metal/lumber supplies, i had no issue getting my door and trim! even got the door on sale!!! cheaper than i thought. my experience was great!
The cad design process was efficient. He answered all my questions addressed all my concerns. Totally professionalism, I'll be having other projects and they'll building it
We came here via a referral. We had no intentions of shopping around and in our mind this was a done deal. The salesman, Ben at first was great however the more we worked with him, his nonchalant attitude became an issue. Simple questions were asked and although it wasn’t in their scope of work - grading - he had zero idea also, the fact that you pay all the different contractors direct was a concern as well. I felt his kick back attitude was an issue as you want someone who seems vested in your project and interested. His follow up was poor as well and we got the impression that our business did not matter either way. That was ok until they started the build on our referrals barn. It was a disaster - it took 3 crews to build it as they had to tear most of the metal off and redo. Nothing was finish correct from uneven cut metal to screws that looked like a heart beat line. We actually were still on board however the lack of communication from the company with our referral was an issue. It helped make our decision to go elsewhere. We never had any follow up from them - we had 2 other friends that were going to have their barns built by them as well. They didn’t loose just one but 3 projects. I also found it ironic that we were told by our referral that our salesperson, Ben was promoted. Kind of sums it up.I must add that our referrals barn was finished however it took a lot of follow up on their part. In the end we all 3 went with The Barn Store and I can not express how happy we all are with their service and product. Best of luck of pole barn shopping, it proved to be an interesting adventure for sure!!!
Legacy as a whole team did a great job, with the wife, making the blueprints up for our home. Even the owner came and redesigned our prints to make things better for us. The salesguy , Cad ,everyone did great . The building crew was fast , called if had questions , and did a good job bracing our home . Thanks Legacy .
Legacy Metals was easy to work with when we wanted a barn/garage for outdoor and sports supplies. They blended the style really well with our existing house and detached garage. They worked efficiently. We are pleased with the building & experience.
I had a very positive experience with Legacy. Their prices were very competitive and their customer service was top notch. Communication with the salesperson and customer service rep was great, and they were very quick to respond to any questions or changes I wanted to make with my build. Along with this, they stayed true to the timeline I was given for delivery of materials and when they intended to begin working. I highly recommend using them.
Great company easy to work with and the Sales man was so patient working with us on the build of the house , I love the fact we had a 3D look at our house before it was even built it and that allowed us to make changes we needed and on top of everything the owner of helped with some ideas that helped make our decision on our build ! What more can you ask for than a company that puts 100% into helping you build your dream home! I can’t give enough credit to everyone that helped us with our house from the purchasing agent, yard men , delivery driver and the coordinator! The building crew worked hard and did an amazing job !We are truly thankful and blessed for Legacy Metals and all their hard work!
The crew at Legacy Metals is second to none. Our new facility was built on a compressed timeline and Legacy Metals was there at every step to ensure I had what was needed. The materials were always delivered on-time and of the highest quality. I used a builder from their list of contractors and was very pleased with everything that they completed. Thanks again to Glen and Rocky Bluff Construction for giving me the facility I wanted.
