Kram built our pole barn for us and we could not be happier with the project!Everyone in the organization we communicated with were amazing! Abby and Nicole in the office, and Nathaniel and Will in the field were incredibly professional and responsive to our every communication!The crew on site were all polite and kind. They showed up when they said they would, completed the project on schedule and left the work site clean!Our barn is beautiful and very well built! We love it!We highly recommend them! In fact, we are hoping to have them do more work for us in the future! Kram Construction is an exceptionally rare find during this time when most contractors won’t even return phone calls! We wish them continued success!! 😊

I can't say enough great things about this company. Mark and his crew have done several projects for my family. The work and ethic they possess is outstanding. The quality was top notch and we were kept informed throughout the entire process. You won't be disappointed with this company and don't hesitate to hire them!

Quality, details, and communication are a few great terms to start describing this company. I could go on for days describing how this is the one company to hire but I will put it into 2 words; “Perfect Fit”. Give them a call you will not be disappointed! Custom houses, pole barns, & garage doors are what I have been around with this company!

Where do we even begin! Our experience with Northern Castle Homes was beyond incredible. Not only was Mark Wanner and his office manager, Kathryn amazing to work with, but the entire team of Northern Castle Homes was awesome. The experience, professionalism, craftsmanship, and dedication from this crew is unbelievable.Mark was able to stay within our budget and set forth a smooth build process from start to finish. Any problem encountered during the build, which was very few, Mark and the crew were ready with solutions before anybody even had time to even think about worrying.Now, we have a beautiful, well-built forever home on our farm. Sending all of our thanks to the entire NCH team: Mark, Kathryn, Kaleb, Nathaniel, John, Robert, Gideon, Seth, Elijah, and William. We wish we could give you a trillion stars!!!!!

We expect quality craftsmanship when we work with builders; we were not disappointed with the work Northern Castle Homes provided us! We have no affiliation with Northern Castle Homes and only came to learn of them through a recommendation from our realtor.With quality work being one of our priorities, we hold communication, punctuality and cleanliness equally important.Mark and Kathryn met us at our home for a late appointment on Friday evening. We both work and they happily met us to accommodate our schedule. Mark and Kathryn presented timely, professionally and both smiled as they greeted us. We provided Mark with a few ideas, but really relied on him to give us some direction on the layout for our new kitchen.Northern Castle Homes provided us emails in the next couple days with an expectation of timelines for project completion. Shortly thereafter, we received a detailed description of services to be provided and a 3-D mock presentation of our new kitchen.About a week before the project began, Mark called me and finalized the plan. Secretly, I was a little skeptical on the timeline he gave me. I thought, “How are they going to demolish and install in just 5 short days?”For the next week and all the way through project completion, Mark was communicating with me by phone and text. He told us what to expect and when to expect it. Each day during the project we would come home and be excited to see their work completed that day. We were also able to meet the crew doing the work at our house that was led by Nathaniel. Nathaniel and his team presented professionally and were eager to make us happy. In reality though, my wife and I believe that each Northern Castle Home employees are simply good people by nature.Nathaniel and team finished their days work and cleaned up their mess. Besides our missing kitchen, you would not notice carpenters, electricians and others were working in that area during the day.The project was finished on time. Our new kitchen was expertly installed. My wife and I genuinely recommend Northern Castle Homes for the work they completed for us. I worked with Mark and his team over the last year to help build a dream home. Working with Mark was a great experience through and though. He worked with me to help get me the design I wanted while staying within the budget I needed. This was no easy task but Mark was patient, took the time to explain things to me, and always did so making me feel good about the process. I don't know how I was so lucky to have found him but I wanted to make sure I reviewed his work so others get the opportunity to work with Mark and his team!
