Don't let the good reviews fool you. If I could give a zero I would. It has been a year and a half since my home was built and I am beginning to find a lot of shoddy work that was done by subcontractors.

Inspire Homes are the BEST of the BEST! Great attention to detail and their service is UNMATCHED! I highly recommend using them if you want the job done right! Julie, David and their team are PHENOMENAL.

This is the second home I have built and have dealt with many contractors over the years. I know that things go wrong over the course of building a home and I don’t have a problem if they make them right. David has done a great job of that.I moved in 2 yrs ago and Inspire still helps me w problems. The latest was a hot water heater which he went extremely out of his way to help w.

We had an "unbuildable lot" and the Inspire design team showed us how to make this work.They did a great design and building job and project managers Sara and Barry were a pleasure to work with and did an excellent job building this house within a years time. Great job and highly recommended company to work with. I lived in another state during the construction and was updated with pictures on a regular basis to follow the process.

Building a home is stressful and exciting. I am not new to the experience and understand that things can and will go wrong. This group of people did a good job of taking care of business and listening to my concerns. There was a breakdown in communication between two of the subs which left my solar panels installed in an undesirable location, and a couple other small glitches but overall it was a good build.Inspire is building a quality home at a competitive price. I wouldn’t hesitate to consider them, my home is beautiful!

I am SO VERY PLEASED with my new Inspire built home!!! Being a senior/widow I knew nothing about building!! I had so many questions and made several changes as the building progressed. I love both my interior and exterior design choices and without the help of the staff I would be completely stressed out. I made so many calls, had so many questions and I ALWAYS got a direct response.This home is very well built with updated features and nice finishes. All of the trades that did the actual work, both inside and outside, were hardworking and very meticulous in their fields and never left a mess behind.The staff that followed the entire build were THE BEST and kept me informed on the status of each progression. I had lots of questions and they answered them all.It took a bit of time to complete due to the many inspections, etc but as I sit in my chair in my beautiful home I know I made the right choice of builders. Without the patience and valuable knowledge of the inside staff I would have drowned in confusion.Thank you Inspire!!Thank you Sarah and Bary.
