Most turnkey builds they take on are within a 2 hour radius of their office in Northport.

Called and requested information. The receptionist stated that they were appointment only and wouldn't be booking for anyone that was out of town for the foreseeable future. Advised that I would want to book for a year or two down the road and would be willing to work out everything prior to that to place a deposit etc. But apparently, they aren't accepting work from anyone that is local at this moment.
