Owner likes to play nasty on social media and accuses people of crimes. She's likely to get herself hit with a libel or slander suit soon. Very unprofessional and not worth doing business with when there are so many better options in town.
Bruno was responsive, clear with his pricing and extremely detailed in his blueprint design of our large addition. His price for blue prints were half as much as other architects and design firms. I ordered several copies and received them promptly. I thought he did a great job. Our builder said they were the most detailed blue prints he’d seen in 35 years of building. We love our new house.
We gave a firm budget, went back and forth with ideas, he's drawing over our plans, and were like 'wow this is great' then he states at the end, 'of course it would raise the price'. Totally went to wrong way. Then gave an absurdly high number for drawing plans from scratch (we came with plans to copy). Wouldn't bargain, shut down upon realizing he made an error. Some of the things he said were completely hot air, said confidently.
