When driving in front of these company trucks everyone be careful because last night one of the drivers of a company truck wasn’t paying attention and came inches away from hitting me at a red light when I was stopped.
So happy with our brand new Heartland Builders home. They said 6 moths and they meant it. Broke ground last July 2024 and we moved in January 25. The quality of the build is amazing from foundation to fixtures and everything in between. Using Buildertrend made communication, selections, and additions/subtractions easy to manage and follow. Cindy, Josh, Jen, Michael, and their whole team really came through for us. It's our "forever" home and we couldn't be happier. We would HIGHLY recommend Heartland Builders to any one looking for a home builder in west Michigan. They have awesome designs to choose from and you can customize to your liking as we did. My wife and I began working with Heartland Builders recently to design our future home. Unfortunately, however, circumstances arose that resulted in us no longer pursuing the lot of land we were considering. Cindy and Heartland Builders were incredibly patient, professional, and understanding of our situation, and while we won't be moving forward at this time, we will choose Heartland Builders once we're ready. I highly recommend them as they are very easy to work with, guiding you throughout the steps necessary to get from A to Z, and flexible when life throws you a curveball. We had dreams of building an eco-friendly, custom, universal design home for our lakefront property. We researched builders, faithfully went to the Parade of Homes for a while, and were delighted to find Heartland Builders. They were enthusiastic about our vision and worked diligently with us to make our home a reality. They were very receptive to our ideas, kept to the schedule, were upfront about the costs, and were a pleasure to work with. Their team is cohesive and works very well together. We worked with the Heartland team to build a home in late 2011 and took possession in winter February of 2012. We’ve been in the home for six years now and have no complaints. If anything went wrong it was minor, and Heartland has always been there to stand behind their work. Initially, my wife was very hesitant to engage in the building process, but in the end she was extremely happy that we did so. Working with the heartland team ended up being a great experience and we would not hesitate to use them again if faced with that opportunity.
Heartland built our home in 2017 and we love it! They made the building process so easy and seamless and our new home is beautiful. From the initial design process to the high quality materials and craftsmanship, Heartland built the home of our dreams. They made the building process fun. Communication through the process was open, frequent, clear, and honest. They worked with us to create a design that met our needs, worked within our budget, listened to our ideas and concerns, and built us a home that we absolutely love. We have been in the home about 6 months, and we still received calls and e-mails to ensure we are happy with the home, any minor warranty issues are being addressed, and that they are receiving our feedback to improve their processes. I can't recommend Heartland highly enough.
