Erik and Nathan did a phenomenal job on my new home. They walked me step by step through a process I knew nothing about. I never had to worry about what was going on because they kept in contact with me regularly throughout. Nathan answered and returned calls quickly and answered all my questions. Felt like I was in good hands from start to finish. It came out better than what I had visioned and I love my new home. Would highly recommend to anyone shopping for a builder. Thanks guys!!! Erik, Nathan, and their subs did a great job on our addition. The project was abnormal in the fact that we build a basement right next to our crawlspace house, and many contractors wouldn’t have wanted to mess with it. They were professional, timely, and did what they said they would do. I would recommend Grantham Builders to anyone looking to build or add on to their house.
Grantham builders were amazing to work with and made adding onto our house a breeze! Since the first visit Eric and Nathan have responded to messages and calls and promptly returned any missed calls in a timely fashion. The crews they brought in to construct our second story addition were very impressive and quick with their work. He has always impressed me for being an honest and ethical builder . I have rarely had anyone to have an issue on their home after closing, but when it did occur, Erik took care of it immediately. It is nice to know someone stands behind their work, as he does .
Craftsmanship and quality is 5 star. Their response to issues are quick. We had a small water drip under our kitchen sink. They came and repaired it the same day that we called it in.
