Quality work. Returned phone calls and emails to answer questions. No surprises. They are busy and you may have to wait, but their work is worth the wait. Extremely satisfied.

I cannot say enough good things about Ga-Lina builders, Ryan and the crew. My shop was constructed exactly as promised. There were no surprises, and no disappointments. They came in and did everything they said they would do. Approximately two weeks from ground breaking to turn-key. Thank you Ga-Lina!

This company wasted 3 months of our lives!!! We really wanted to use a local hometown builder. This company had a chance to build our home plus two other homes within the next two years all within 15 miles of their location! We should have known better after a friend told us they never returned their calls or emails but I'm always gonna give someone a chance but from April-June I had enough!After a month of calling we finally got a personal number to someone other then the receptionist. Mr.Caleb being the first one to talk with us he recommended a bank for us to use (that's about it) and said yes they could build our custom home. We sent a example floor plan via email didn't hear anything for a few weeks. My husband received a phone call from Mr.Ryan he explained to us that he had been on vacation and that Mr.Charles mother had been sick and he would be helping us. At first it was great he told us ways we could go about building and seemed to really be interested in building our dream home (simple floor plan, pole barn style) then EVERY week for a month we were told I will have your numbers and blue prints for the bank on Friday. When Friday came no word called Monday or Tuesday and once again it was ill have it at the end of the week! The last time we spoke with this company was via email and Ryan then explain to us that he is done with our blue print and numbers but would need to have Mr.Charles approve it before he could present them to us. But it will be a few days because his mother passed away but will return to work on Thursday. We waited a week to contact Ryan due to the passing of Mr.Charles mother. We called, text, email and NO RESPONSE still NOTHING! We understand things come up but to leave someone hanging after 3 months is WRONG they wasted our time! We should have listened to our friend who didn't recommend them but was trying to give them the benefit of the doubt. Not a good way to do business AT ALL

Georgia-Lina Custom Builders is the best of the best! They built our pole barn home, which is a two story building - a shop on the bottom, and a one bedroom apartment on top. We love it and it is so ideal for a starter home. Thanks, Georgia-Lina for your awesome work!!
