After reviewing builders for over a year trying to find the perfect one for us, we made an appointment with Dutch Builders. We had been researching them along with a few others that would build on our land. From the first interaction they were professional, personable, they listened to our wants and needs and they were not pushy or trying to upsale us. Some of the other builders didn’t have a product for us to view in person. Not Dutch, they asked if we had some time to go look at current builds. Which we did and so thankful. We went to a completed build, one that was nearing completion and one being framed. After returning to the office we went over designs. Picked one and got to tweak it to fit the spot we picked out on our land. From the first interaction to every text, call or visit since, they have been amazing. Our house is wonderful. We have been in it now for 6 months. We went back to Dutch to build a pole barn. We can not say enough positive words about the Dutch Builders Team.
Dutch Builders built our home two years ago. Everyone did a great job. From the ones that did paperwork to the ladies that cleaned and got it ready for us to move in . They started our house in August and we moved in on Nov. 29 . We only had a couple problems and one phone call to Marcus and with in hour. They were here to fix it . If you are looking to have a home built. I would recommend Dutch Builders.

Dutch Builders was great to work with! They were quick and performed quality work. If I had any issues they were quick to resolve the issue and had a great attitude. I would definitely build again with these guys.
These guys are amazing and really make dreams come true. They were amazing from start to finish. Stayed on schedule and if something needed to change they talked with you before changing. They were thoughtful and eager to help at any part of the process. I can not say enough about these guys because its a endless road. They will do anything you want. Thanks guys for our lovely house.
