Where to begin? Our journey with Debuty Builders (DBI) began prior to the pandemic, so by the time our house was completed in January 2025, we had become lifelong friends with the awesome team at DBI. Even with some delays on our part, Debuty remained committed to us for the build on our now extended timeline. During this time we decided against building from our original plans, landing us back at square one on the project and leading us to question how to move forward and if the build was meant to be. However, unbeknownst to us, Adam and his team went to work and presented us with an alternate proposal to build our now completed retirement home. Entering into the project with some natural trepidation - having never built a custom home - Adam and team were with us every step of the way, making the entire process much easier than we initially expected. Did I just say easier? Yes! The hardest part was trying to decide what lights to choose and the backsplash for the kitchen. From Adam and Bryan giving us advice on the construction pieces, to Erica’s valuable advice and guidance on interior and exterior design and finishes and “Office Jill” explaining the invoices to us on a regular basis, this is a testament to how the team worked together to keep the project on track and our stress levels low. Erica and Jill were also outstanding at keeping us budget conscious on all the myriad items that had to be selected throughout the build. During the entire build, our project supervisor Bryan, was on top of every aspect and maintained exemplary communications with us. If questions came up, he was quick to reach out and, if we had questions, equally quick to return our texts, emails or phone calls. Bryan was the “daily face” of DBI, he is friendly, caring, knowledgeable, and professional, and was outstanding to work with. It’s worth mentioning that the use of the CoConstruct app was also of great value since we were out of the area during the build, and everything that was done could be tracked in it. Once work commenced on the house, there were never any delays of consequence and our home was completed exactly on the schedule that we had outlined during the initial planning sessions. The attention to detail that was involved in our home was excellent and Bryan would always point out and have corrected anything that was not up to Debuty standards. We are extremely pleased with the quality and workmanship of the home and for the support shown to us by Debuty during the construction process. We’d also like to give a nod to Tom and his beautiful interior finish work. It truly was a team effort. If we missed anyone we apologize, it was not intentional. We made the right choice to team with Debuty to build our retirement home and would highly recommend them to anyone that is contemplating doing a custom build. Our home building experience with Deputy Builders, Adam, Bryan, Erica and Jill, has been excellent! Bryan sent pictures of the progress at the house almost every day. Erica helped me so much with the design selections of the house and Jill kept us up to date with every dollar that was spent building the house. Since the first day I reached out to Adam, the communication was on point! We built a house in Maryville while still living in Alaska so anyone can imagine the nightmare stories that can come from such an endeavor. To make the stakes even higher, I have very high expectations. I can honestly say, the entire process was a complete blast and Adam and his crew have become family. Every step of the way was smooth, on schedule, and well-communicated. Any time I had questions I could text or call someone and they immediately responded. Now, as for the quality of work, craftsmanship and attention to detail, I could not have been more impressed. It was clear my expectations were understood and met. Having been in our new home now for two months, there has yet to be something I've found that I don't like or wish was done differently. Knowing that Adam and his crew had our best interests in mind, I always felt confident they'd be honest about our decisions (especially if someone thought it wasn't going to look good or work in the space). I have recommended Debuty Builders to several friends as well as my real estate clients.

Hired DBI to install LVP in our three bedrooms and closets. They were very, professional, and fast with our quote. The team came to install the floors the week after receiving the quote. The install team removed the old carpet, moved all of our furniture, installed the floors, cleaned up, and moved the furniture back in all in about 5 hours. They were friendly and did a fantastic job. We will definitely hire DBI for our next job!

Words alone can't express how lucky and blessed my wife and I were with finding and choosing Debuty Builders, Inc. as our exclusive new construction home builder. We met with various builders and once we connected with Adam and his team, we knew something special was brewing on what our vision was and how they could accomplish it for us. It was a pleasure working with their entire team throughout the build. The entire team provided us with weekly updates and were readily available whenever we needed to discuss how the build was proceeding and/or if we needed to make any modifications. You can definitely tell this team was always in sync with each other. The quality of the work and craftsmanship was on point to our high expectation. I don't plan on building another home anytime soon but if I did, I know who I'm calling. 😎I would highly recommend Debuty Builders, Inc. to anyone that is looking for a reputable team that cares about their clients like family and wants a well-built home. I was a worker for this company. I said to the boss that I had a problem with working with a 17 year old kid he immediately told me to pack up my stuff and leave. when trying to make arrangement for my pay they told me they WHERE NOT going to deposit anything in my account. THIS ADD ON IS BECAUSE THE COMMENT BELOW IS FALSE I NEVER MADE DEMANDS LET ALONE ASKED A 17 YEAR OLD TO DRIVE ME ANYWHERE NOR DID I ASK THE COMPANY FOR MONEY AND ONE OF THOSE DAYS WAS RAINED OUT AND THE OTHER DAY WAS CALLED OFF DUE TO A FAMILY EMERGENCY FOR THE COMPANY DO NOT USE LIES AND TACTICS TO MAKE YOURSELF LOOK GOOD. IF YOU NEED PROOF I HAVE THE TEXT MESSAGES STILL.

Adam and his team have done a great job building our home. Him and his team are easy to work and communicate with. The quality of his team's work is excellent, and any issues or changes we had along the way were quickly addressed. Considering how busy I imagine he can be, Adam does an excellent job at making the whole experience feel like it is personalized for you. Building a home can be stressful (especially if it is your first time like in our case), but he made the whole experience simple and took the time to answer and explain the many questions we had along the way. Adam and his team are honest people that will build you a high quality home at a fair price, and in the end provide you with a home that you will be proud to call your own. We couldn't have gone with a better team!

Adam and his team completed a full basement remodel for us last Winter. Having dealt with many builders and contractors over the years I had no idea what to expect. We had the project bid by a total of 4 companies. One company didn't want to put their estimate in writing, one company was 30% more expensive, and one company couldn't start on the project for approximately 4 months. Adam was very impressive from the initial consultation: he listened to our ideas, put together a plan, and we were left with a basement that turned out exactly the way we had imagined. And perhaps most importantly for anyone who has ever dealt with a construction project: it came in right on budget! Everyone on the project was so pleasant to work with and incredibly hard working. Everyone showed up like clockwork and I don't remember a single instance where there were any delays with any aspect of construction. I would give 6-stars if possible and would recommend Debuty Builders to anyone for their next home remodeling project!
