Wholeheartedly recommend. Building a custom home is a dream, and one that we never imagined for ourselves. From the beginning Chris was welcoming, and helped us choose the right base for what became our home. Jonathan, our main guy, was a pleasure all the way through this very difficult process. People warned us that this would be tough, and it was....but C&B made it not just tolerable, but a pleasure. We are thankful to C&B, Heath Flooring, and a large crew of wonderful subcontractors that made this dream a reality. All of the team have become friends to us. From sponsoring events for my boys, to talking through anything that came to mind....they have just been wonderful. We can't wait to make a lifetime of memories here for many generations. We are forever thankful.

C & B Construction did an amazing job with our forever home! Chris Bailey was very helpful through the planning process and Nick Brannon was an amazing supervisor during the building process. Nick was super helpful and accommodating, and was available whenever we needed him. We were kept updated throughout the process and was given the best recommendations! 10/10 recommend their group!

I couldn’t be more satisfied with our garage enclosure and the professionalism displayed by C&B. Chris Bailey arrived right on schedule, provided us with several options for the space, and thoroughly explained their construction process. Once we finalized the details, work began quickly, and there was continuous progress every day. Nick Brannon took charge of the project and didn’t just supervise the subcontractors but was actively involved in the work, ensuring everything met their high standards. It’s clear they are experts in what they do, and our experience with them was exceptional.

First of all the communication is awful, not only between you (the builder) with c and b but with them and their contractors as well. It has been 6 months since they came out for the one year warranty and we are still waiting for things on their list to get done. This is just scratching the surface of all the issues we have dealt with.

I did not have the same great experiences everybody else who comments on here from start to finish the process with this company has been anything but easy. They had changed the supervisor three times within the 9 months of building. Every issue that has came up is always somebody else's fault . They told me I had at least a year warranty on everything, but after 6 months of living here they no longer answer my phone calls about any of my concerns. So now I have been living in a house for 6 months that has a crack in my wall, my floors crack, squeak, move,and are uneven. They did at first come out to try to fix it intern making it worse. And at this point I have been ignored for probably going on 90s now. So you can imagine my frustration moving into a house that wasn't quite ready, then having them work on my house while I'm living in it for 6 months, and now I'm getting no response for the things that they still have not completed or fixed. At first I really thought that I had maybe fell through the cracks and became the exception but as I talked to more and more people now I am realizing that this company has a little bit of a biting off more than they can chew issue and unfortunately my house is the one that fell through the cracks on every point from start to finish. And although at first glance their work is beautiful please be diligent and keep a good eye on all the quality of work going into your house because I didn't and now I'm definitely paying for it

C&B takes your dreams and makes them reality. Chris is passionate and truly loves his work and cares for his clients. He is the kind of person that you feel like you’ve known forever. Chris and his team are the most genuine and will do anything to make your biggest vision's come to life. C&B is the only team I think of when we do projects. I have the utmost faith that a job will be done with care and my family in mind when Chris and his team take the reins. From building a deck on our home to doing a complete fixer upper remodel, Chris can do it all! Also, Nick made multiple trips out to my father in laws house to locate multiple defects on a Home Depot roof install and patched it up. Little actions like these will make me forever grateful and a life long customer of C&B Construction.

Chris and his crew at C&B Construction did a fabulous job renovating our master bathroom. We were impressed with Chris' knowledge and professionalism -- plus he's just a nice guy. His crew arrived when promised, and our job was completed on time and within budget. Chris was very patient with me as I took forever to make decisions! Ha! I would 100% recommend them.

I do not recommend hiring this company at all. They will leave you high and dry after you fork over your hard earned money.Not only did I have $40K+ of appliances stolen from my home, the owner, Chris Bailey, did not even answer the phone. Robert Upton, the general manager, is not knowledgable of the Sandy Springs law and I have that in writing.I have a tremendous amount of evidence of their unprofessionalism, poor workmanship, and ill-treatment towards their clients. I am so grateful I hired C&B Construction. From my initial meeting with Chris and throughout the entire project, Chris and his team were such a pleasure to work with. I appreciated that they kept me informed every step of the way. Everyone was respectful and happy to answer our questions and address any concerns. They went above and beyond to ensure things were done correctly and safely. I can't say enough great things about Chris and the entire team. Everything was done on time, as promised and with the highest standards. I am so impressed by their work ethic. The crew is so skilled, professional, and friendly. Chris was always accessible and responsive, and he made the entire process stress-free, which I truly appreciate. I contacted C&B to get a quote on building a home. They responded almost immediately and were very kind.Ultimately we decided to build our home ourselves to save money, but if we were to hire builders we would have went with C&B. The work they do is absolutely gorgeous!A dear friend of mine had her home built by C&B years ago and it's still absolutely perfect. I also pass a couple of other c&b homes on my daily commute that are beautiful and definitely stand out from other new builds.
