Alpine Building Solutions is owned by James Price and based out of Livermore.
Founded back in 2018, they focus on design-build construction -- custom homes, barndos, pole barns, outdoor structures -- around Northern Colorado and parts of Wyoming.
Their communication is less than desirable. The first person (Ethan) I got a quote from ended up getting fired and his quote was not even complete/accurate. Every time thereafter, the quote ended up going up $20-$30,000 and still not accurate. For the last four months I've been trying to get an updated and accurate quote for a project, to no avail. I will get a message every once in a while from PAUL and he might respond, maybe a month or two later. All I wanted was an updated quote that is actually accurate this time so I can get ready for my project. Be prepared to spend about $10,000 on architecture and design. Not sure if that's normal or not, but you can do your own research. I wish I had better things to say as it looks like they do some decent work, but unfortunately I don't.

Unlike other contractors, these are honest guys that take pride in their work. It was a great experience working with alpine! Would definitely recommend for any project!
